 オアフ島カカアコ地区で建設計画が進められているコンドミニアム「The Lofts @ The Collection」の開発業者であるA&Bプロパティ社は、同コンドミニアムの販売を今夏より開始する予定であると発表した。  アラモアナ大通り沿い、以前コンプUSAがあった場所に建設が予定されているコンドミニアムは、48室の1ベットルームと6室の2ベットルームを有する低層の建物となり、販売価格は35万ドル前後になるとみられている。 なおA&Bプロパティ社では、The Lofts @ The Collectionのほか、43階建てのコンドミニアムと16棟のタウンハウスの建設計画も進めている。

スワロフスキーが初のアウトレット店をオープン

 オーストリア生まれのクリスタルブランドとして知られるスワロフスキーが、オアフ島ワイケレ地区にあるワイケレ・ プレミアム・アウトレット内に、ハワイ初のアウトレット店のオープンを予定していることが明らかになった。 今年8月末のオープンが予定されているスワロフスキーのアウトレット店は、約1,213平方フィートの売り場面積を有し、店内では、様々なスワロフスキーのアイテムが販売される見込みとなっている。 スワロフスキーは現在、オアフ島とマウイ島でそれぞれ2店舗ずつ、計4店舗を営業しており、今回オープンするアウトレット店は州内5店舗目となる。
