ホノルル不動産委員会が発表した最新情報で、4月のオアフ島内での不動産売買件数が前年比同時期に比べて大幅増となっていることが明らかになった。 先月、島内で売買された一軒家の数は前年比29%増の280件だったほか、コンドミニアム物件の売買件数は、前年比33%増の457件だった。また、4月に売買が行われた住宅の中間価格は、一軒家が前年比4%増の$625,000、コンドミニアムが前年比5%増の$335,000となり、不動産委員会のケビン・ミヤマ氏は「不動産の販売件数も販売価格も昨年に比べて大幅増となっており、ハワイ州の不動産市場の回復が感じられます」とのコメントを発表している。
