高級物件の売買件数が33%増

 不動産大手のコールドウェルバンカー・パシフィック・プロパティ社が発表した最新の調査結果で、今年上半期にハワイ州内で売買が行われた100万ドル以上の高級物件の戸数が、前年比33%増となったことが明らかになった。 今年1月から6月の半年間にハワイ州内で売買が行われた高級物件の売買数は392戸で、前年同時期の294戸から大幅増となっている。一方、今年上半期の高級物件の中間販売価格は140万ドルで、前年同時期の142万ドルより若干下落している。 なお、州内でもっとも高級物件の売買が行われた地域は、34戸の売買が成立したカカアコ地区で、次いで25の物件の売買が行われたワイキキ・カハラ地区となっている。
